Hello SquidTop Bloggers

Hello SquidTop Bloggers,
I ran across SquidTop on Twitter yesterday and signed up. I’m trying to get things set up. I’m not a WordPress user so the entire process is a bit foreign and may take me a bit. (I’m not even sure this post will end up where I want it!)

Anyway, I joined Squidoo in February of 2007 but when it wasn’t readily apparent to me what lenses really were or why I would be interested in making one I left for several months. I returned, only slightly less confused, and fumbled about for quite a while. I started making lenses in earnest in January of 2008.

I hope to share some of my experiences so that other, less experienced “lensmasters” can potentially learn from my mistakes, wanderings, and occasional successes and so that I can learn more about my fellow lensmasters. Shew! Here we go…

    Nice to have you here Mulberry.

    I agree, Wordpress is a bit confusing. I am getting used to it, having worked on 1 site and in the process of setting up another from scratch.

    It looks like Squidtop is growing, we don’t get too much traffic, but it’s another place to get noticed.

    I agree with Poddys, and that it’s a place for the friendliest, most helpful Squidooers gather here. That’s good enough for me.
