The Big Day
Monday, October 6th, 2008Today was pay day in Squidoo-land. It turned out pretty much as I had suspected, with $246 from Squidoo. My lens rank fell quite a bit in September so I don’t know that I expect much better next month unless I make more Amazon sales or something. Still keeping my fingers crossed for $350/month by the end of the year. I can always dream, right?
Spent a bit of time on a new lens, the Influence of Advertising, which covers information about marketing campaigns which target children. It’s just a complement to my Influence of Media and Television and Children lenses which cover information about media violence and the effects of media images on body image, sexual role development, and so forth.
Tomorrow I need to start something new, hopefully an idea will come to me in my sleep! Then I’m off on Wednesday to take care of some medical appointments with my mom. Hope pay day was kind to everyone.
